Detailed terms for professional online course creation services will be outlined in a separate, specific service agreement or contract between me and the client. These website Terms of Service apply generally, but the specific service agreement will take precedence for the contracted services.
I commit to delivering services with professional skill and care.
Payment terms, project scope, intellectual property rights, confidentiality, and other specific conditions will be agreed upon in the individual service contract.
